Back in April, when we compared the then new Seesmic Desktop with leading Twitter client TweetDeck, the latter won out by a narrow margin in our head-to-head. Since then, Seesmic Desktop has been pushing out significant feature upgrades, including becoming essentially a fully functional Facebook client in addition to its Twitter capabilities.

However, support for Seesmic’s bread-and-butter product, video discussion, is still curiously missing.
