YouTube expanded its mobile presence a bit more today, introducing a new version of its software optimized for Windows Mobile and Symbian Series 60 devices. The app is optimized for Wifi and 3G networks and, according to YouTube, starts, searches, and loads video up to 90-percent faster than previous versions.
