The Next Web — After the recent Facebook integration at the beginning of May, word coming from the 12seconds.tv blog (which I am an avid subscriber to) is that 12seconds.tv will now allow you to send videos via @reply and DM’s on Twitter. They also confirmed in the same post that 12seconds.tv also allows you to logon to the site using your Twitter login credentials, Mashable has some visual examples of this in action.
