In Windows 7 Beta 2, he reports that the touch screen has dramatically improved from picture zooming, rotations, zooming in web page, are smoother and easier.
I’d expect Windows 7 to get better as the next version release goes. Touch screen is one of the emphasis of features of the new operating system and it is most likely to please consumers on it’s performance.
