Nokia's forthcoming N97 Mini, which was tipped to launch on 23 October, now seems likely to be pushed back to November. The official site is stating that the device has a 'tentative release date' in November, meaning that those that have pre-ordered it will be waiting up to a month longer. However, Vodafone's N97 Mini landing page has removed the 'coming soon' tag, so perhaps November is as close as Monday morning. Orange confirms own iPhone for 10 Nov launch

Orange has confirmed it will be offering the iPhone 3G and 3GS for sale from 10 November, with stores opening at 7am to cope with demand. The phone will be sold in Orange retail stores, online through the Orange portal, and through Phones4U, The Carphone Warehouse and Orange concession stands in HMV outlets. The iPhone will also be offered on pay as you go deals, with the 3G version costing £343, the 16GB 3GS coming in at £440 and the 32GB effort will cost you £539. The Moto Droid has been shown off in video as in a European-friendly flavour, and will now be coming to these shores as the Milestone. O2 pricing guides and catalogues in Germany have shown off the Milestone in full glory, meaning it's likely to be shortly announced in this territory. The recently released INQ Mini 3G has had a pretty hefty price cut as 3 looks to capitalise on the pay as you go market this Christmas. After going on sale a month ago for £59.99, the Mini 3G will now go down to £49.99, which is a 15 per cent (ish) cut for an already budget phone. 3 has also slashed the price of its MiFi personal modem, which uses 3G connectivity to pump out a Wi-Fi connection.
