But the company is still charging $439 for the red model. If you visit the Lenovo order page right now, red and white are the only available options. And the laptops are identical in all respects but color. Interestinly, you can pick up a pink version from CompUSA for $429, the same price CompUSA charges for the S10 in any color. GigaOM Network — Competition is always a good thing and due no doubt to the heavy competition in the netbook category the Lenovo S10 netbook has dropped to $399.  Just yesterday a white S10 would have cost you $439 at the Lenovo store but today you save $40.  This price drop is only on the white one, the red one will still run you the old price.  I wonder what kind of "limited quantities" Lenovo is indicating in this ad? Because the computer maker is shipping the IdeaPad S10 with a 6 cell battery in that country, while customers in the US and other locations have to settle for a 3 cell battery which provides 2-3 hours of battery life.
