The RIM Take Over Bid For Certicom Has Commenced

(Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM) announced today that a wholly-owned subsidiary of RIM has formally commenced its take-over bid (the “Offer”) for all of the outstanding common shares of Certicom Corp.
