It's nice to know that there are still some new surprises on their way to gadget product lines that didn't get spoiled by the CES. Panasonic announced the new Lumix ZS-series digital camera, including the DMC-ZS3 and DMC-ZS1. These compact cameras feature a 10.1 Megapixel sensor, a LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens with 25mm ultra-wide angle and 12x powerful optical zoom.
The Lumix DMC-ZS3 is world’s first digital camera to have AVCHD Lite 720p HD video recording ability. It comes with Panasonic’s Intelligent Auto (iA) mode with Face Dection and 26 scene modes.
The DMC-ZS1 has standard iA mode without Face Detection. Both cameras have Venus Engine HD and Mega Optical Image Stabilization (O.I.S.). They have a 2.7-inch LCD displauy and offers HDMI output.

Like most new Lumix cameras, the Lumix DMC-FS25 features Intelligent Auto Mode (iA) offering Face Detection, Intelligent Exposure, Mega O.I.S., Intelligent ISO Control, Intelligent Scene Selector and AF Tracking.
