Google is set to launch its own music service "imminently", taking on the likes of Spotify and iTunes, according to reports. TechCrunch was the first to break the news, mentioning that "multiple sources" have told them that Google is prepping something called Google Audio – a service which is set to emulate what the company has already launched in China. Free music? Although news is scant on Google's music plans, if the service is similar to its Chinese counterpart, then users will be able to search for songs by a variety of means (singer, song or album title) on Google's search page. Nvidia has unveiled a new 3D rendering system which takes complete advantage of cloud computing. Called the Nvidia RealityServer the system has been created in partnership with 3D modelling specialists Mental Images (a subsidiary of Nvidia) and takes the hard work out of rendering complex 3D graphics, transferring the rendering process from your computer to the web. Pure has announced the arrival of the Siesta Flow radio, a device the company is calling the "the world's first internet connected bedside radio". Hours after Microsoft announced that it had come to a deal with Twitter to show its real-time status data in its search, Google has followed suit. Microsoft got to the announcement of the addition of Twitter data first, but with the internet still reeling, Google quickly revealed its own deal with the microblogging site.
