LCD panel prices stop dropping in 1H January 2009
TG Daily — With LCD panel makers starting to control supply in order to stabilize prices, both LCD monitor and notebook panels prices stopped decreasing in the first half of January 2009, according to the latest pricing data released by DisplaySearch. According to DisplaySearch's figures, after seven consecutive months of declines, panel price for LCD monitors will stop decreasing and remain the same as prices in the second half of December, while some mainstream sizes such as 19-inch wide and 18.5-inch wide see price increase.
