Obsessable News Feed — An Australian company is offering international pre-orders of the world's second Google Android phone , the Kogan Agora for AU$299 and the Kogan Agora Pro for AU$399. Australian company Kogan announced pre-order availability this morning of the Kogan Agora and Kogan Agora Pro smartphones with a shipping date of January 29, 2009.
