It looks like Microsoft is preparing to take on Apple’s MobileMe by putting out a Mac version of their LiveMesh file synchronising service, and apparently beta copies are now undergoing tests. The announcement was made at the Professional Developers Conference.
Microsoft LiveMesh is a Software Plus Serive app which can sync files between PCs and store files in a Microsoft Cloud server. Apparently the Mac version will sync file between Macs, Windows Mobile phones, and PCs, although it won’t be able to sync with the Apple iPhone.
