Mattel has announced that in October it will be releasing its novel MindFlex brain game, an EEG controlled obstacle board where the player uses pure brain waves to get the ball through all the hoops. The announced price will be a cool $100.

Don't think that the Brain Age is the bomb when it comes to testing the power of your gray matter - if you want to go one up on Professor X, then the MindFlex from Mattel that is slated for an October release this year will blow you away. This EEG-controlled obstacle board will rely on a player's brain waves to get the ball through all the hoops. We guess it is worth every penny of the $100 price tag to bring this puppy home. Will brain wave-controlled games be the future of gaming?
