... over at Mac Rumors recently picked up a MacBook Air on eBay for quite the deal, but didn't realize that it was a prototype model -- defined by red logic board. Click here for first picture in gallery.
It's got a few giveaways: the microphone positioning near the webcam is off, there's no keyboard lighting, no "MacBook Air" legend, it runs an interim build of OS X 10.5 and the bottom is black-colored aluminum, versus the usual shiny silver.
