Dowling stated that Jobs will work from Apple a few days a week and work from home the rest of the time. Steve took a six month medical leave to concentrate on a medical condition that turned out to be more complex than he had originally thought. During his hiatus, little was heard about Jobs and his condition other than a phone conversation he had with Woz.
