TechSpot — While it hasn't entirely rebounded, the PC market took an optimistic turn during the second quarter, according to iSuppli. The research firm said that for the first time in six months, the market has achieved sequential growth in unit shipments. Worldwide PC shipments in the second quarter totaled 67.2 million units -- down 4.3% from last year, but up 1% from the first quarter of 2009.
