The government body partly responsible for making or breaking our gadget dreams, the FCC, has given the HTC Hero its stamp of approval for North America and the related filings indeed tout WCDMA 850/1900. Woo! Is the Hero AT&T-bound? Is it headed to Rogers? Maybe both?
