HTC Footprints takes geotagging a step further, allowing to to take notes and audio clips and embed them in a "postcard" of sorts, all still tied to that GPS location data -- the cards are even auto-named by their location.

You may know that is a world-friendly WCDMA / HSPA 900 / 2100MHz version, but who residing in North America will be able to grab an onlock 850 / 1900MHz HSDPA 7.2Mbps version from Q2 of 2009 for $500 to $600.

Connectivity wise the new HTC Touch Cruise comes with the works. Quad band GSM, Bluetooth 2.0 and WiFi. You also get a 3.2 megapixel camera, 2.8 QVGA touchscreen and microSD slot.
Available in Q2 2009, the new Touch Cruise handset actually look like it may be a minor cult hit amongst those that look for quality rather than iPhone clones. Be preapred for the $500 - $600 asking price though - steep.
