To save on space (and heat), the Firebird actually uses an external power supply, but we suppose the included wireless keyboard and mouse should help to make up for that clutter.

It looks like HP is preparing a Voodoo-designed Firebird PC 803 tower for gamers. The leaked Firebird PC 803 is a compact desktop PC powered by an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz processor. It packs 4GB of memory, two NVIDIA GeForce 9800S graphic cards, dual 320GB hard drive and a Blu-ray drive. You can also find a 5-in-1 card reader, Bluetooth, six USB port, two eSATA and a DVI dual link output. The HP Firebird 803 supports also WiFi.

There isn’t a word on the pricing and the availability yet, however the HP Firebird 803 will support wireless keyboard and mouse but the system will be externally powered.

The company's not showing us much except the notebook's elongated rectangular shape.
