Our buds at GigaOM have interviewed the CEO of Opera, Jon S. von Tetzchner, and since we think that Opera makes some of the best mobile web browsers we couldn't wait to see it.  Tetzchner tells us that Opera Mini is one of the most popular mobile browsers around, something we already knew as we use it every day.  His stated user base of 19 million did surprise us even so as that is a lot of installed instances of the little browser.  That figure doesn't include OEM versions of the browser which would no doubt take the number much higher.  Check out the ...
