Fujitsu N7010 notebook- a big notebook with a little screen
jkOnTheRun — ... N7010.  This beast has a 16-inch display, well one of them anyway.  Fujitsu decided to shake things up and put a second display with a touch screen above the keyboard.  This 4-inch screen is apparently intended as a touch program launcher but frankly it's mainly intended to be a gimmick in an attempt to set it apart from the crowd.  It's certainly an interesting concept no matter the main purpose.  Laptop Magazine has been playing with one and given it a thorough review including a video of the little secondary display. ...

Fujitsu unveils LifeBook N7010 with secondary 4-inch touchscreen
Engadget — ... have been more into it if it had somehow been combined with the gesture-enabled trackpad, but we'll see if this design takes off. Other specs are nicely on the higher-end of things, if familiar: 2.26GHz P8400 Core 2 Duo, 256MB ATI Radeon HD 3470 graphics, 4GB RAM, 320GB drive, Blu-ray, 1.3 megapixel webcam, and WiFi / Bluetooth. Not bad at all for $1,499 -- too bad we don't have any availability details. I assume wi-fi, bluetooth and nice amounts of hard drive capacity are included. Laptop Magazine gave it a full review and although the actual laptop did well, the extra screen was reportedly limited in functionality. The Fujitsu N7010 will cost $1500 and should be available next week. Review Via: Wired ...

Fujitsu LifeBook N7010 hands-on: Great mini-touchscreen deserves more software
SlashGear — ... or as a realistic productivity enhancement: a 4-inch touchscreen embedded above the notebook’s keyboard, it offers users a secondary display for IM chats, toolbars or media.  Laptop Mag spent some time with a pre-production N7010, and while they’re not 100-percent convinced, the Fujitsu certainly seems to make some compelling arguments. ...

Nada mal. Enlace: Fujitsu Lifebook N7010 Hands-On and Video Comparte esta anotación ...
