Cost was a concern, and by re-jigging some hardware choices. In a trade-off, Pantech is running only a 1.3 MP camera, and an assist-only GPS. You can pick up the C610 for only $29 on a 2-year plan with AT&T. The device should be available for purchase at some point later today.
