... which is the same, except for its slower data speeds. AT&T asks in the complaint to rephrase the writing on the maps in the ad, to say that AT&T does have coverage outside of these 3G areas. This complaint filed by AT&T is not surprising at all. In fact, they have fought many times before, once earlier this year over Verizon’s claim to be “The nation’s fastest 3G network”. We’ll see how this complaint works out because as of now, the ads are still live on multiple TV channels. (Via MacRumors )
