A nearly identically-worded New Jersey lawsuit filed by iPhone owner Timothy Ritchie also asks for court action. Ritchie purchased his Apple handset just months after the two Florida men bought iPhones in June and August 2008. The two lawsuits follow lawsuits in California and Texas filed last week.
