... McDougall reports for InformationWeek. "In the joint filing, Apple and Psystar said they expect the trial to last about ten days. The court has yet to approve the timetable," McDougall reports. "Despite seeking a court date more than a year in advance, 'The parties believe that this type of case can be handled on an expedited basis with streamlined procedures,' according to documents filed last week in U.S. District Court for Northern California," McDougall reports.
