Microsoft moves to quash 'Vista Capable' case, end flood of embarrassing e-mails

 
Microsoft asked a federal judge yesterday to end a class-action lawsuit that has been the source of a treasure trove of embarrassing insider e-mails indicating the company bent to pressure from Intel and infuriated long-time partner HP. (link)
