Large Yahoo investor offers up Yahoo-Microsoft search deal proposal

 
Yahoo investor Ivory Investment Management, which holds a 1.5 percent stake in the search company, offers up a Yahoo-Microsoft search proposal - a deal it says could result in a $24 to $29 per share value to shareholders. (link)
