Google, Yahoo and Microsoft say they'll try to limit personal data sharing in China and other countries

WASHINGTON — Google, Yahoo and Microsoft — three Internet giants known as fierce competitors — joined forces Tuesday with human rights groups and investment companies, agreeing on business principles in countries that restrict online free speech and users' privacy rights.
