Complaints flood Seagate over hard drive problems

Seagate's largest consumer hard drive, the 1.5TB Barracuda 7200.11, is drawing a lot of complaints from users who say the drive is freezing up or failing. Seagate said it has isolated a firmware issue on the Barracuda and other drives that may be causing problems.
